As a courtesy to our patients who have dental insurance, we will file up to two claims per visit at no charge.  We accept payment of benefits directly from the insurance company, provided the patient's copayment is collected at the time of service.   However, keep in mind that the entire balance is your responsibility whether the insurance company pays your claim or not.  Any claim not paid in full within forty-five days will be billed to the patient.

Dr. Pippin will recommend only the best treatment for his patients regardless of any insurance limitations Waiting for pre-treatment estimates of benefits from insurance companies can often take weeks or months,while problems worsen. In order to avoid delaying treatment, we encourage patients to make financial arrangements through Care Credit, and proceed with their dentistry promptly. We can then file for insurance reimbursement as treatment is completed.     Back to Top
